Frontend Store Supervisor.

5 years experience as a retail store supervisor/manager with exemplary customer service and proven store record.

Handles merchandising & presentation with a keen focus on driving sales and increasing profit.

Demonstrates a ability to effectively lead/direct, coach and train staff in a retail setting along with hiring, firing and scheduling.Strong team building skills with a "hands on- roll up the sleeves/lead by example" mentality.

Responsible for all opening and closing operations and must command a vast knowledge of cash register/balancing duties.

Flexibility in work schedules is required, including the ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as operational needs may require.
